Are 5G communications antennas part of a so-called Great Reset agenda plan to control electric cars and robots? No, that's not true: certain robotics companies and electric car manufacturers are considering 5G as a way to power machines, automate operating systems and extend battery life. But the Great Reset agenda is a debunked conspiracy theory and the communications system known as 5G or fifth generation of mobile communication is not designed as a control system.
The claim originated from a video (archived here) on TikTok by user @iondragoshoreaba2023 on November 8, 2023, with a caption and comments translated into English from Romanian by Lead Stories staff saying:
We are at war. It's us versus them. Let's mobilize.
The author claims:
5G antennas are being built to be used to power and control electric cars and robots, this is all a plan of the Great Reset agenda.

The integration of 5G technology is being considered by various electric car manufacturers, to make road trips with fully electric cars a reality, according to actors within the electric-vehicle-charging industry. However, there is no mention of 5G being able to control the cars, and the technology would be used to help charge the cars and make the car battery last longer.
Certain robotics companies, like Robotnik, announced that 5G technology could enable new operating systems that would allow the robot to perform tasks autonomously and allow it to be remotely operated in certain circumstances for which it is not programmed. The use of 5G technology could assist autonomous operations and advance fields such as robotic inspection.
There is no hidden agenda to suggest that 5G technology may be used to control cars and robots for nefarious purposes and Lead Stories has debunked many conspiracy theories related to 5G, and numerous claims related to the Great Reset agenda.
